Hauptstadtfloss

Hauptstadtfloß GmbH rents rafts, lounge boats and a passenger ship in Berlin, always with a captain and service staff, for trips on the Spree and Dahme. Its in-house catering company Spreeküche supplies food on board. The company's own history states it began in 2009 with a wooden raft for private and corporate outings.

Customers are private and corporate groups booking birthdays, weddings, team events, seminars and Christmas parties. The website lists a three-hour raft charter from 900 € net, with additional hours and catering sold separately, and says the company organises about 800 trips a year in the Berlin-Brandenburg region. Revenue comes from charter fees, catering and the Dock10 event venue in the Heimathafen Berlin Rummelsburg harbour.

The company is headquartered at Gustav-Holzmann-Straße 10, 10317 Berlin, and operates only in Berlin-Brandenburg. The website reports a 96% satisfaction rate from 1,473 reviews. Current job listings, all in Berlin, are for a sailor, a ship captain and a cook for production with catering experience.
