Hastee

Hastee provides an employee financial wellbeing platform centred on earned wage access, which lets workers take a portion of their earned pay before the end of the month. The app also includes financial education, money management, savings tools and retail discounts, organised around three steps: Earn, Learn and Grow.

Customers are employers, who roll the app out to their workforce through an admin portal where they choose features, set limits and thresholds, and apply their own branding. The company's careers page names McDonald's, EY, Unilever, IKEA, MediaMarkt and Air Europa among employers it partners with. The website describes commercial set-ups ranging from zero platform fees to all-inclusive options.

Hastee was launched in 2017 and is now part of the Zellis Group, a UK and Ireland HR and payroll technology provider. It lists offices in London and Barcelona, states that it is ISO 27001 certified and hosts data on AWS, and reports connections to over 80 time and attendance, workforce management and payroll systems. Its open roles include DevOps Engineer and DevSecOps Engineer positions in Barcelona.
