GALERIE PLATÝZ

Galerie Platýz runs online art auctions alongside a physical gallery in the historic Palác Platýz in central Prague. It specialises in 19th to 21st century fine art, mainly Czech and Slovak painting, drawing, graphics and works on paper, and also handles sculpture and small-scale plastic works.

Buyers bid online, with a 20% service fee added to the highest bid. Sellers can consign works to auction, to free sale on commission, or sell directly, with a brokerage fee deducted from the agreed price. The gallery also offers valuation of artworks and antiques, home visits and transport arrangements, and in some cases buys works for cash.

The registered company is GALERIE PLATÝZ s.r.o., founded in 2022 according to the commercial register, with its address at Národní 416/37, Prague 1. The website lists a phone number, a mobile number and an email contact, and a pre-auction exhibition in the gallery ahead of an October 2026 auction.
