EKO-VEMI s. r. o. provides bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, tax return and authority-communication services, along with consulting, staff training and drafting of internal procedures. Simple bookkeeping is offered for sole traders and double-entry bookkeeping for limited companies.

Customers are sole traders, small and medium-sized companies, employers and individuals. The company charges monthly fees: from 50 EUR for simple bookkeeping, from 120 EUR for double-entry bookkeeping and from 15 EUR per employee for payroll, with the final price set in a non-binding offer based on document volume, VAT status and headcount. It states that it works with auditors and tax advisers.

The company was founded in 2025 and is run by Ing. Veronika Fuljerová, who writes that she has worked in accounting since 2009 and was self-employed from 2022. It is headquartered in Veľké Rovné in the Bytča district and serves clients in person in Horné Považie, Žilina, Považská Bystrica, Púchov and Trenčín, and online across Slovakia. The website lists more than 80 clients and says it is preparing clients for mandatory electronic invoicing (eFaktúra) from 1 January 2027.
