BeActive sells a virtual fitness membership card, the "eBeActive" card, which is held in the BeActive mobile app and used for entry to partner gyms and fitness clubs. According to the website, the card gives access to about 200 partner clubs across Poland, and the chosen club may also offer group classes and other activities.

The customers are pupils and students aged 16–26 who hold a valid school or student ID. Two plans are offered: Comfort, which allows entry on weekdays until 16:00 and without time limits at weekends, and Open, which allows entry during the opening hours of the chosen club. The website states there are no long-term contracts, no activation fee and no hidden costs, and that accident insurance is included; revenue comes from the sale of these plans.

The website is published in Polish and promotes a limited-time offer of 3 months free with a 3-month purchase. The registered company is INSTYTUT ROZWOJU FITNESS sp. z o.o., registered in Poland in 2012 with its seat in Warsaw. The website does not state office locations or current hiring.
