Dudr Tools makes bandsaw blades for cutting wood, including wide, thin-cutting, narrow and double-sided types, and produces and services circular saw blades. Its service range covers blade levelling, tensioning, sharpening, stellite renewal, butt welding and tooth distribution, the latter done on an in-house computer-controlled machine.

Customers are woodworking and sawmill companies in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and other countries, ranging from small DIY users to large processors. Revenue comes from blade sales together with servicing, delivery by the company's own vehicles, and consultancy on machine setup and blade use. The website says products are delivered to more than 40 countries and about 65% of production goes abroad.

The website states the company was founded in 1992 by Ing. Pavel Dudr, while the registry records the current s.r.o. with a 2013 founding date. The company is based in Sazovice near Zlín in the Czech Republic, where its production hall was opened in 2018, and it has established a Polish branch, Dudr Tools Polska.
