Cantinero

Cantinero is a web platform that opens school canteens to the public. Users pick a lunch from a canteen's menu, pay online by card, and collect the meal at the chosen school canteen. Orders can be cancelled within a set window before the deadline.

The service targets individuals such as employees, seniors, parents on parental leave and people without time to cook. The website also offers a corporate option, where companies connect staff to a school canteen and handle ordering, billing and statistics online. The website does not describe the revenue model in detail.

The company is registered as Cantinero s.r.o. in the Czech Republic, with a founding date of 12 July 2025 and its seat in Plzeň. The website lists participating canteens in the Plzeň area, including locations in Tlučná, Zbůch and Hrádek in the Rokycany district. The site is published in Czech only.
