Cadmus

Cadmus provides an end-to-end assessment platform covering assignments, online and in-place exams, group work, feedback and marking, and Learning Assurance Analytics. The product is built around preventing academic misconduct through student support, and integrates with Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, D2L Brightspace, Gradebook and Grammarly.

Customers are universities and their educators and students. Revenue comes from institutional licences: a pilot tier, a per-student pay-per-user option and an enterprise institution-wide licence, each including a service package with onboarding and a success team.

The company states it was born from a research partnership with the University of Melbourne and that its mission began in 2018. It reports being backed by global educational technology investors and scaling across the UK, EU, Middle East, US and Asia-Pacific.
