Baruš vaří

Baruš Vaří prepares daily meal boxes in Fit, Low carb, Protein and Detox programs, plus low carb bread and pastries, and delivers them to customers' homes. The website states that deliveries run three times a week (Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday) across Ostrava and the surrounding area, and that the company works with a nutrition specialist on its recipes.

Customers are individuals who want to eat healthily without cooking, and the site publishes per-program prices (for example, Fit from 345 CZK and Protein from 595 CZK) and ordering through its website. The company was founded in December 2023 according to registry data, with its registered seat in Rychvald; the website lists a Czech phone number and a contact email and does not list separate offices.

The website describes a small team of people working on the meals, and the registry lists an employee band of 10-19. The site is published in Czech only.
