B7 People

B7 People is a Norwegian recruitment and staffing company. It places tradespeople and other workers with client companies and offers certified or documented courses for new and existing employees. Its website describes a process in which the team first gets to know the client company and its environment, then sets out the competence requirements before starting an assignment.

Clients named on the website include Hytorc Norge AS, LAB Entreprenør, Frydenbø Bil and TV2. Testimonials mention a course instructor placement and crane operators supplied for construction projects, including work on Haukeland hospital in Bergen. Revenue model is not stated on the site; the company appears to earn fees from client placements and training.

The current job listings are mostly in Bergen and cover electricians, carpenters, painters, plumbers, truck and machine operators, warehouse and logistics staff, and a service role. The company's daily manager is Eilev Lægreid. The website is published in Norwegian and does not state founding year or headcount.
