B.N.G. Baumaschinen + Nutzfahrzeuge GmbH sells new and used construction, agricultural and industrial machines, including JCB equipment, demolition tools, Först wood chippers and Ammann compaction equipment. It offers repair and maintenance in its workshop and on customers' sites with equipped service vehicles, a 24/7 emergency service line, and spare parts for machines and commercial vehicles of all makes.

Customers are construction and agricultural businesses, contractors and municipalities. Revenue comes from machine sales, equipment rental (compaction equipment, mini excavators, wheel loaders, tracked excavators, demolition tools, delivered to the job site on request), service and spare parts. The company was founded on 01.04.2002 by Hans-Jürgen and Margret Schlüter, with its first seat in Bremervörde-Elm. Jens Schlüter has been managing director since 2005 and sole shareholder since 2020. The head office is in Oerel (Gewerbekamp 4), with branches in Stade (opened 2016) and Bredenbek (opened 2025), and cooperation partners in Jork and Osterholz-Scharmbeck.
