ArtMoment runs three-hour guided painting evenings in partner restaurants, where guests choose from about 50 templates and paint their own canvas with materials provided. The company also operates the ArtLab open studio, themed evenings (ArtInk, ArtNeon, ArtWine, ArtTexture, ArtCoffee), birthday parties and gift vouchers.

Customers include individuals, couples, friends and companies. Corporate evenings and team-building events are arranged on request, either at the restaurant or at the client's office. Revenue comes from event bookings, gift vouchers and paid add-ons listed on the website, such as printed vouchers and flexible rebooking. The company also sells franchises, providing franchise partners with know-how, marketing support and operating infrastructure.

The company began as a student project by three classmates, and its first event was held shortly after the first COVID-19 wave. The website lists events in Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Olomouc, Plzeň, Pardubice, Hradec Králové, Liberec, České Budějovice and Karlovy Vary, and reports 20+ cities, 70+ restaurants, 40,000+ guests and 90+ team members.
