Customers are law firms and legal departments, including Am Law 200 firms and Fortune 500 companies according to the website. Pricing is a monthly subscription based on the number of docketed matters, starting at $60/month for up to 50 matters, with no setup fee.

The website says Alt Legal launched its docketing product in 2014 and names Nehal Madhani as CEO and founder. A blog post announces the acquisition of WebTMS.
