AHS Group was founded in 2017 by Emirati entrepreneur Abbas Sajwani and describes itself as a diversified group spanning property development, strategic investments and other ventures. Its flagship real estate company, AHS Properties, was established in 2021 and develops ultra-luxury residential and commercial properties in Dubai.

The company's press items cite sales of the 69-storey AHS Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, reported at over $700m, and the redevelopment of the former Big Ben tower, reported at $600m in sales. The website states that AHS Properties was named Best Luxury Real Estate Developer in 2024.

The careers site lists 28 open roles based in Dubai, London, Paris, New York and other locations, across sales, finance, project management, CEO office and personal staff functions, though the same page also shows a message that no open positions are available at the moment.
